In order to help you we have compiled a list of things you need to know.
Showing the unit can be as easy as one, two, three. St. Paul at Chase Condominium has a security system and front desk staff that stops unwanted strangers from accessing the building. Our rules are simple, unless you live here you don't go up without prior consent. All agents must obtain permission to show the unit by contacting the owner and current occupant. Our front desk needs a key release signed by the owner or the tenant before you are allowed to show the unit. If the unit is occupied we need to call up for permission to enter. If the unit is empty a key release signed by the owner is all that is necessary. No key release, and you will have to reschedule your appointment and obtain a key release.
Rules, Rules, Rules. All condominiums have rules and regulations that the Association compiles, votes on, and finally approves. Any one living at St. Paul at Chase must follow the rules set down by the Council of Unit Owners. It's always helpful to have access to these rules should a potential client have questions. You will be able to obtain a copy from the unit owner or condominium office.
You made the sale and now your client needs to know some basic information about moving in. You need to provide them with what to do. To make it easier we have provided the information on this page. Just scroll down.
